What shipping costs
Shipping is worked out by weight at checkout, before you pay. We charge what it costs us, with nothing added on top.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs and carrier delays happen, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than promise a date we can't control.
Where your order ships from
LunnaLu is an Australian business, designed and run from Queensland. Our organisers are manufactured and dispatched from our warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a domestic parcel.
Taxes and duties
The price you see is the price you pay us. Nothing further is added at checkout beyond shipping, and nothing is payable on delivery in either country.
If your order hasn't arrived
Delivery estimates allow for the usual variation, but occasionally a parcel takes longer or goes missing altogether.
If yours hasn't turned up 15 business days after you ordered within Australia, or 18 business days to New Zealand, email info@lunnalu.com with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to chase anyone or prove anything.
Order cut-off
Orders placed before 3pm AEST are picked the same business day. After that, the next one.

Australia and New Zealand for now. We'd like to open more markets soon, and the best way to hear about it is our email list.
