These terms apply to your use of lunnalu.com and to any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them. LunnaLu is operated by Ivana Markovic, ABN 24 970 995 927, Queensland, Australia.

Nothing here limits your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if you are in New Zealand. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where anything below conflicts with them, your statutory rights apply.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, and we will refund you in full if we do. Reasons we might decline include the item being unavailable, a pricing or description error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an order we reasonably believe is for resale.

Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We try to keep the site accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not required to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Bundle and promotional discounts

Automatic discounts, including the bundle saving for buying a Small and a Large together, apply at checkout on the terms shown at the time. They can't be combined with other offers unless we say so, they have no cash value, and we may withdraw or change them at any time. If items from a discounted bundle are returned, we refund the amount actually paid rather than the full list price.

Availability and delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are shipped from our warehouse overseas and transit times vary with carriers and customs. We are not liable for delays outside our control, though we will always help you chase a parcel. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours shown on screen vary between devices and displays, and small variations in materials and finish are normal for a manufactured product. These variations are not faults.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and let us know if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, don't try to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access, and don't scrape, copy or resell our content.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the LunnaLu name and logo, product photography, page copy and designs, belongs to us or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your consumer guarantees, our total liability in connection with a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Third party links and services

The site may link to or rely on services operated by others, including payment providers and delivery carriers. We are not responsible for their content or conduct.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring proceedings where you live.
